Union locals representing 70,000 Stop & Shop supermarket workers said Tuesday that they’re filing charges with the National Labor Relations Board against the company. The 14 United Food and Commercial Workers locals in New York, New Jersey and New England said the move is in response to the company’s decision to end bonus payments during the coronavirus pandemic. Stop & Shop announced it was ending the 10% bump in pay for hourly workers on July 4.
